From the flavorful 18-ounce cowboy ribeye to the melt-in-your-mouth 8-ounce tenderloin, Fly by Night Cattle Company offers all the classic cuts with a rustic ranch flair. True Texans will love the crispy calf fries served up with warm cream gravy as well as the huge golden chicken fried sirloin or tenderloin.
Located just south of Fort Worth, one-and-a-half miles off the Chisholm Trail, Fly by Night is a one-of-a-kind, authentic Texas steakhouse on a 250-acre working Brangus cattle ranch. Bill and Jennifer Craft call it home but have been welcoming customers to their peaceful ranch since 2013, offering classic sunsets and rolling pasture views.
Fly by Night Cattle Co's growth from small, humble beginnings epitomizes the western cultured and builds upon its unapologetic western atmosphere: where growth comes from hard work from the crack of dawn until sunset. Since its opening, Fly by Night Cattle Co. has been expanding to fit the needs of its customers. Six years ago, they added an onsite event venue for large gatherings. Four years ago, the addition of a new bar was completed. A neighbor's silo was moved to the site and the restaurant was built around it. The unique silo bar is a customer favorite. Last year, they added a large dining room overlooking the ranch and a private dining room with views of the beer garden.
At the end of the day, they just want to share what they have with others. “It's like having company every weekend," Jennifer Craft says. “You look forward to seeing who's coming to visit." Fly by Night Cattle Co. embraces the country providing a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy great Texas cuisine with your friends and family.
Horses and cattle graze just beyond the windows of the restaurant. Sit around the open campfire and enjoy the spectacular sunsets with a Texas whiskey or an ice-cold mug of Shiner beer.
